Bayside Endermologie Health & Wellness collects personal and health information for consultation, treatment planning, treatment delivery, safety, insurance and legal obligations.

Clinical records and photographs may be retained according to Australian legal and insurer requirements.

Completed treatments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Treatment packages and promotional offers are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit, treatment session or cancellation fee.

Clients are encouraged to raise concerns promptly.

Where appropriate, clients may be asked to attend a review appointment and provide photographs.

Complaints are documented and reviewed as part of the clinic quality assurance process.
